We accept payments through Vorkasse, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer (only Germany).

If your item is in stock, we ship in 2-5 working days.
If not, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some items are made on orders.  

We do not ship worldwide.

Shipping costs Germany: 6 € (0 - 5 kg) // 8,5€ € (10 kg) // 16,5 € (10–31 kg)

If you are not happy with your product please let us know right away.

You will have 14 days to return your item that is in perfect condition for a full refund. After 14 days only exchanges will be accepted. 

If you want to return a product you have to pay for the freight. 

Please note: We do not refund the cost of shipping. And we can‘t be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. Please follow the return instructions.
